Great deals. If you don't see something on their site but someone else has it, as them, more than likely they will be able to get it for you for better price. They did it for me. Love it, I saved 40 per wheel.
Came here for a great deal on winter tires, which was provided. The manager was amicable and had professional advice. The rims and recommended tires he sold us on have done well for two winters (including driving to Cypress Mountain and Whistler), and the inexpensive rims are very durable. Stored our summer tires here for free for one year. But, when putting the summer's back on the next year, I knew something was wrong as I left. Maybe I look too spoiled or something to be driving a BMW X5 (for heaven's sake it's just a X5), and the mechanics - who saw me for the first time - were staring me down with intent as I left. (I've experienced this since childhood so I know exactly what is going on; what can you do.) They completely over-torqued several bolts, which is a mistake I'd expect from a non-professional. They get a \2\ instead of a \3\ as I had to pay money at Kal Tire to get 1010's mistake fixed. But I get it. I'll shop anywhere for the best prices, but I will stay in my local area for service. Kal Tire spent two hours removing the over-torqued bolts (estimated at 300 ft lbs), and served me in a professional manner. But, for the price for tires and rim's, I'll certainly go back to 1010 and I'll install and change my tires elsewhere.
I would highly recommend this place if you want honest advice with a good price. Nathan has been assisting me on a few occasions. He helped me with a tire purchase that was great and secondly with a complicated matter involving difficulties with my new car. Nathan gave more time listening and talking to me than all of the sales/techs spent where I bought my car. I could literally write a novel about my whole experience involving my new car which included many lows but dealing with this tire shop reminded me about the good and positive in people.
Went in...told to leave because they were going on lunch which is fine...came back guy took my information for what I was looking for, for my car and my sisters. We were gonna spend at least 6000 total for 2 sets of rims and tires and they never called me back. Horrible service
