I am an RN of 35 years with chronic pain issues from herniated discs and I have been seeing Lori for 13 years now . The professionalism and empathy that Lori and the entire team at Anson have shown is second to none! Lori has an extraordinary ability to listen not only to what you are verbally saying but also to what your body is saying ... she has an innate ability to pinpoint trouble areas and then proceeds to offer pain relief with her massive barrage of skills . She has been instrumental in helping me to continue doing the job that I love so much . I have been attending Anson Physio since the fall of 2009 after a knee replacement and later for a back injury. My physiotherapist is Lori Dalin and she is very knowledgeable and can pin point the problem quickly and knows just what the treatment plan should be. She shares her findings with me and helps me understand my injury.... hurt verses harm. I have had laser, shockwave therapy and Dry Needling over the last 11 years for various injuries. Currently I am having Dry needling and it amazes me how she knows just where the pain is coming from and she gets results. The staff is always welcoming and they take pride in their place of work. The office is clean and each room has a theme which helps you to relax. Definitely a 5 star rating.
