I went to Ashley’s today to purchase a couch. I was greeted at the door by a friendly salesperson named Tim. He allowed me to walk around the store and look at the different couches available. He later found me and asked if I had any questions. This was nice because I did not feel pressured. He was very helpful and he answered all my questions about the couch I selected. He was very thorough and informative. He drew out the layout of the couch and checked on its availability. To top it off I received 50% off my purchase with a scratch promotion! Tim was very professional and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Ashley’s to my family and friends. Tim is a great salesperson! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic experience with Carwyn and the management team at Ashley. My mom is recovering from cancer and moving into an assisted living facility. Carwyn took care of her by taking the elevator with her and helping her choose her new bedroom set. He also helped me and my partner select a new bed. Top quality service. If you go there ask for him.
Ashley Furniture Store is my new favourite. It is such a lovely, clean store and everything in it is my taste. It is great quality, up to date style and great prices. Our salesperson, Nemo, was the best! Helpful without being pushy. Definitely not high pressure, unlike some of the other furniture stores we visited. He bent over backwards, making sure we got everything we needed. Looked after paperwork quickly and efficiently! Can’t wait until I need more new furniture!!!
Kris helped me buy a sofa, a TV stand and two bar stools. She made me feel very comfortable. I liked it best when she gave me honest opinions about colour schemes. In other stores, I got the impression that the employees just agreed with the customers. Kris was very different.
