It’s a great place to hangout at the most affordable budget. No cover up cost, free parking since it’s inside a casino, staff are nice overall but make sure if you want to go for a Friday or Saturday night, that’s when there’s a band performing, to reserve a table ahead of time. Beer are priced good. Crowds there are aged 40 and up.

I'm giving this a 2 star rating only for the pleasant service we received from our server. Myself and a guest were invited to try the Surf and Turf special at Asylum so I quickly made my reservations for Feb 16 at 6:30pm. The item is on for a limited time for 39.99. I am so glad it was complimentary because it was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. The lobster was dry and hard and obviously wayyyyyy overcooked. The "thermidor" sauce was completely bland and didn't even closely resemble any lobster thermidor I have ever had; I couldn't tell you what it was because it had no flavour. The boneless beef short ribs were tender enough and the peppercorn sauce was ok, but it reminded me of hospital food. The mashed potatoes were decent. The watercress was completely out of place and should have been replaced by some actual vegetables. The whole plate of food was also cool to lukewarm at best. I also ordered stuffed mushroom caps to start and they were very tiny and again, very flavourless. My glass of red wine was the best item we ordered. To compare, I had eaten the Surf and Turf special at Match at Starlight the night before. Theirs was a 6oz sirloin, butter basted lobster tail, roasted potatoes and roasted red peppers and green beans. THAT meal was outstanding and.....1 cheaper at 39.
Without a doubt the worst service experience of my life. We were there Saturday evening. This was our first (and our last) visit there. While we respect the job restaurant servers do and always try to be courteous and friendly, Cynthia made it impossible. She was rude, condescending and indifferent. She would turn her back on us when we were talking, would keep us waiting to order food or drinks, didn’t give us any cutlery to begin with and when we asked for it she seemed upset by the request. We noticed there weren’t a lot of servers around, and thought she might be overwhelmed and tried to address her in a more friendly manner, but the attitude never changed. After waiting for a long time to get a new drink, I tried asking another lady (either a hostess or another waiter) to check on my drink and before I even finished asking she cut me off saying “I’m sorry sir I’m not your server”. I was staring to feel upset by this point, now wondering if that is just the way they serve there. We normally avoid confronting people at restaurants fearing “something” may happen to our food, and decided to talk to a manager on our way out, but by the time we were leaving there was no one around, no manager, no hostess. When we asked at the bar they asked us to wait and never came back. So we decided we had enough of that place and simply left with a very bad taste and a terrible customer service experience, regretting having choosing that place to have a birthday dinner. The food was just ok, nothing impressive or maybe it was the bad service experience we were having. I would not recommend anyone to come to this lounge unless they are looking to waste money and time.
Had the buffet lunch yesterday and was disappointed in selection of foods. They had mashed potatoes and turkey but no gravy?? I think most people like gravy and I found that to be quite odd. Caesar salad was very soggy and bland. The buns tasted like they were old or micro waved as they were hard like rocks. The desert selection was limited but good. Would I go back and try the buffet another time...NO. I was so looking forward to lunch here but they failed in quality and variety unfortunately. I think there are much better choices to pick from.
Located in the Hard Rock casino, this lounge has ample seating and cool lighting. It also has a full menu, as well as a Happy Hour selection. Drinks for Happy hour include 4 wine and 4 beer. Service has always been decent.
Weird appetizer menu. Big thing is they recently made changes which means they are closed all day, Monday to Thursday. It is basically just open for the live bands on weekends now. Another example of management making cuts to wages at the expense of the casinos overall entertainment and experience.
Hannah is a great server. Very tentative and super friendly. Best experience in a while!
The food did not live up to my expectations. The wings barely had any sauce on it that I could barely taste the flavor. I also got the macaroni and cheese and it was pretty bland also. There was a lot of melted cheese but no seasoning. I only really liked their truffle fries. Drinks are expensive.
