I always receive friendly greetings from the receptionists and the dentists and dental hygienists has helped my gum problems for many years now. I highly recommend Austin Heights Dental as the dental clinic to visit. I've had almost no bleeding from my gums since visiting them.

They are amazing, great staff, the dentists and assistants here are very great, non judgemental (if you're like me and lacked getting dental care) do not worry about being judged by them they are all super kind. I had the best experience here!

Covid protocols in place. Top of the line equipment. Very clean establishment. Jane the hygienist was very gentle, thorough and professional. She had to use the loops on me as I can't have hot lights close to my face, and she said she much prefers to use them herself as she can see much better to clean the teeth. That was a bonus for me! My Dentist went out of her way to explain everything in detail and with pictures. She came up with a strategy to have my teeth fixed quickly. All staff were friendly and with a smile. Bathrooms 9/10. Limited parking so get there early as you may have to wait 5 minutes for a spot.

I had root canal and crown done here 8 years ago. Root canal job failed. Gum swelling and pain. Given, it was long time ago. According to new dentist I'm seeing now, there's is about 30 percent chance failure dependant on the dentist skill level. That's why theres GP dentist and Specialist. For root canal and more sophiscated job, I would recommend else where and specialist to be safe. Root canal once done properly, it last lifetime until tooth fails.

Today was one of the best check ups and cleanings I’ve ever experienced. Dr Connie Lee and Hygienist Jane were so gentle and kind. We shared a few laughs making me feel relaxed and safe. Thank you ladies
