I had a wonderful experience at this location. My daughter had received a birthday gift that was defective but we did not have a receipt. Jaewon was very helpful and professional in letting us do an exchange. We left the store extremely happy. This is always our favourite location.

I am dissatifished with the service I recieved from one of the staff at babysrus. I went the store today to do the baby registery and I knew there is a free baby sample bag that every customer can get after the registery because I heard about it from my friend. But at that time I did not know that you need to put 25 items in the registery list to receive the samples and I was not informed of this when I had specifically asked about it to the staff afterwards She just let me go without informing about the deal. I checked my email and found I can get the free samples. The other lady finally told me that I can get it when I put 25 items in the list. The lady who helped me out at first should have informed me about the deal when I had specifically asked if there are any samples

Iwas gifted a travel stroller system in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and when my little one arrived I realized the stroller was not what I expected it to be. The management team was very understanding to my situation and returned my opened product in exchange for a travel system that worked for me and my little one. I gave her all the information over the phone and my husband went in to make the swap. We really appreciate kind customer service they offered during this time. Thank you

We had the best experience today with the Assistant Manager Dusanka at Babies R Us Coquitlam location. She trained us on how to install our first car seat. Setting up an appointment is very easy, as soon as we came in to the store, she helped us right away. Dusanka is very knowledgable and super thorough. The training isn't just about installing the car seat, but also some important points to know about baby's safety in the car. She didn't rush, spent almost 1 hour to go through everything and we really really appreciated this. Thank you to Dusanka and Babies R Us for providing the most helpful car seat training!!!

Worst customer service ever. Since I had my baby , I went there several times to purchase different items and each time either there were no one available to help or they didn’t treat me well. Last time I was trying to buy a carseat and employees were so careless and I had to wait for a long time with a crying baby. The employees are all 50 years old and hate customers and try to ignore you. I just prefer to order online. Today I called to see if a specific item is available and they hang up on me. So disrespectful.

Does not accept visa gift cards, which in my mind is a common gift at a shower or birthday. Stock is inaccurate and unreliable. There is one floor worker that look like she is in constant misery and if she graces you with her presence you quickly realize her attitude is worse than the expressions on her face. Listen up, if a customer asks you a question, turning around and grunting to what I assume is to follow you is not an appropriate response. I'm sorry if you don't like your job, quit. This store needs to hurry up and close or go out of business.... oh wait, the store front doors are broken and from what look like an era of post modern futuristic bomb shelter design. In general the store is run down and upon entering almost has a bargain store value-village feel. Some of the staff are exceptional, great help and able to help, but the combined factors of the many experiences I have had here can not bring this lead balloon up from the bottom of the ocean where it should stay hidden. Baby's World across the street, knowledgeable and friendly. Newly renovated and always a pleasant experience. Buy Buy Baby blows this place out of the water. Even the used baby store is friendly and a better experience. close your doors. seriously

Very nice and spacious shop. It is connected with ToysRus. Items are well stock but they are constantly lack of staffs. I went in to sign up for baby registries and they have ran out sign-up free gift baskets for months.
