I called because my wife's car would not start. I was not sure if battery boost would be enough, but I was told to try that instead of spending more money on a tow truck. The person I spoke to was right, so I would have given 5 stars, except that my wife was charged slightly more than that price that was communicated to me over the phone. I was told 80, the person who boosted the car said it would be more if you paid with a card (as you would need to add tax): 99.60, which obviously does not equal to 80 * 1.12 - not a big deal, but still enough to deter me from using their service next time. It is possible that the person just included 10% tip into the price without asking for permission.

BC Towing Services restored my faith in humanity this year! I was stuck out in remote area working on a house. Peter drove all the way out to the property in his personal work truck. I have never handed my keys off to a stranger, but something about Peter's vibe told me I was in good hands! I felt especially assured when he said " don't worry I take care of you like your my mom". He towed my car to another 5 star company, Samco Auto Electric in Surrey BC Then super late that same night he picked me up and drove me all the way to Samco auto electric so I can pick up my car same day service!!!! Plus, his price was exceptionally fair! For as long a I remain in this area, BC Towing Services gives me total piece of mind while I continue to drive my new used car. I just can't thank this company enough!!!!

Peter had a truck finishing up helping another customer just up the street on North Road so the driver arrived within 10 minutes. They were able to pull my work truck out of the ditch quickly and so I received a reduced price. They just asked for a review in return, so here we are with 5 stars.
Good Value! Friendly and Quick Service! For once a Towing Company in Coquitlam that actually cares about the customer. Even gave my baby and I a ride to the repair shop.
Peter arrived within 10 minutes, unlocked my car and changed my tire. Clearly I was having a bad day and not thinking straight. Hoping this gets passed on to him as I really appreciated his help as I was panicking.
Thanks for the help! I would recommend you guys to anyone in a desperate situation like I was. It was great to have a friendly face show up and take on the stress of my car troubles.
