Great experience throughout. Yoni was very helpful, and went out of his way to help me every step of the way in getting me my desired phone. I switched over from Fido and shopped around but no store provided this level if customer service. I went back a few days later and added my mother to my account as well, mainly because of Yoni's fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend this store. Cheers.
Pure.gear tempered glass Note 9 Wife and I upgraded to Note 9 at Bell Store in Coquitlam on May 5, 2019. The rep said that the tempered glass protectors were fantastic and I decided to purchase two at 44.99 My Pure.gear tempered glass cracked after two days after catching the edge of the protector. My wife's tempered glass cracked after 3 weeks. Both phones have never been dropped. With a 9.95 US warranty option I decided to go with "PET FILM" from Amazon for 13.99 US for three screens. Not tempered glass but it is one of the best screen protectors I've had. Note 9 pen works great and no bubbles or ridges. Brought in broken screen protectors and they wouldn't even give me a refund or store credit because I didn't have the original box. I asked Bell to pull this faulty product from the shelves and they wouldn't. I was even brushed aside by the store manager. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. The only reason I have the box now, is that this is my first warranty. Still waiting to get the 2nd box for the warranty return. I have to spend 26 to get my 96 back.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had a problem with bell before, but this location has some serious problems. Not only was the employee I talked to flippant and condescending, the store owners also enforce “local store policies” that are in blatant contradiction to the bell corporate policies. I wonder how corporate would feel about that... There is a reason this is the only bell outlet I have ever seen with a rating below 3 stars on google.
Came in looking to cancel both me and my wife's plans from Rogers, and switch to Bell. Typically dealing with carriers can be a headache, but dealing with Yoni was a pleasant surprise. Had us in and out within an hour and answered all the questions we had. If you're looking to upgrade or switch carriers, go see Yoni.
On Dec 2 received an email from Bell that my order, iPhone 12 Pro, shipped and it should be in store in 2-5 days. I went to store on Dec 7 and they told me it has not arrived and Apple has delay! BUT I already received an email my order shipped! Anyway, after that day three times called and they kept saying not arrived and Apple has delay! BUT IT WAS SHIPPED and they didn't understand! Finally went to store on Dec 19, and talked to another agent, because I didn't have the receipt of my order he couldn't find my order in the system! But interestingly the salesman told that we have an iPhone Pro same colour in store and we can sell it to you! They didn't recognize me that iPhone is my order, but they wanted to sell it to me. If anybody else was there and asked for that iPhone they would have sold it! Anyway, I went back home and took my receipt and got back to store and this time he said oh this is your order and it just arrived in morning! LACK of HONESTY and CLARITY. Very disappointing!
