Good selection of computers, phones, video games, household items like vacuums and washing machines. Helpful staff, there is usually a very technical person available if you request it... they have been very careful with COVID and one manager was extra helpful to me when I took the pictures, he made sure I was okay and it just felt like they had the store being run professionally, his name was Aman and I can see why they made him a manager because he was a great communicator. I also got excellent help with headphones from Nidhi :)

I came here today to buy a new chargercord for my galaxy, girl in the phone section was really helpful in guiding me to the right area, even though I had a bit of trouble understanding her. Anyways this block is super fastcompact for charging the new galaxys/iphones.

I came in there for one thing and finally got a hold of someone who requested someone else to help me after 15 minutes of waiting. It's oddly hard to find people to help in here. Products are great and the layout is nice though

I bought a warranty for my phone at this store. They sold it as hassle free just come in store and exchange and pay a 200 service fee. I go to utilize this warranty a year later, I first can't call their store because phone lines are down, I go in to the store they say they don't handle warranty of phones in store (even tho they sold me that as a feature) to buy this warranty and then they direct me to their phone lines where their options are giving them a 1000 deposit or going without a phone. Horrible warranty, misleading sales practices, poor customer service. If I could give less than one star I would.

Poor customer service. Went to buy a new unlocked phone today and the staff sounds like they didn’t want to provide the service that much and didn’t help with anything we asked except just to do the transaction. London drugs provides way better and fantastic customer services.

A great place if you go when it’s not busy. But if you plan to go on a weekend or during a sale, good luck getting anyone to help you. They do definitely try to help you if there is anyone there to help though, but they seem drastically understaffed on some days. Had to stare at everyone and even try to get peoples attention just to buy one laptop. Took me over an hour just to buy the one that I came into the store for. I knew before even coming which one I wanted.

Mona, Jamie, & Jude were all incredibly helpful in helping my purchase a new computer. They stayed patient with me despite some technical difficulties on my end signing up for the financing program, and Jude especially went out of his way and took his own time to get me the best deal & provide the best service possible to me! Plus while I was waiting for him to get my computer about 10 other staff all came up to me asking if I needed help.

It is normal for them to lose customer, they don't care if you are not happy with their service. they only say I am sorry and it is what it is. I bought a Monitor 4 month ago with 3 years warranty from manufacture but it stops working last week. they didn't have any solution for that and only told me you should have protection policy for that. Go and deal with manufacturer, they don't take any responsibility for what they sell unless you pay extra money to them. In this case how can I trust Best Buy as a good retailer and responsible shop. I prefer other retailers over Best Buy, specially this branch.
