I can’t recommend these guys enough! I had an issue with my old Ikamper X-Cover rooftop tent still under warranty. Ben really took his time checking it out and understanding my issues. They repaired the tent but felt that it didn’t meet their high standards and completely replaced it. I always felt really well looked after and valued as a customer. The communication was amazing while I was waiting for my new tent to arrive. The whole team has a great vibe and they are in this for the long game, not short term profits. 10/10 look no further, high quality all the way.

I recently purchased some goodies from BigTent Outdoor and I couldn't be happier with the Customer Service and the attention to detail I got from the team. They went beyond expectations and quickly got suggestions to all my random "camping/off-roading" questions. I was able to see their showroom (following COVID protocols) and I noticed it was extremely clean and well organized. The staff knew what they were talking about when showing me all the products they have to offer. I'll def come back!
I have purchased several over landing items over the past few months, including an iKamper tent. All of my experiences have been very positive, and I highly recommend Big Tent Outdoor Equip. It is an excellent company to deal with. Naomi in the customer service department is absolutely brilliant at her job!

I called to ask about the quality of the their tents and they kept veering from my questions and trying to up sell me by offering 5% discount and free shipping. I ended up calling their us distributor and having all my questions answered. My wife and I try to buy everything locally and have dealt with many rack shops and Overlanding outfitter shops and we’ve always had all of our questions answered properly.
