I believe it was my best experience ever when I chose Bon Voyage Medical clinic for my COVID test for travelling. The service was quick and efficient, I received the result at the same day and my flight is the next day after, so there wasn’t any worries about due date. The staff was very professional and very friendly! Even though I was scared at the beginning and was almost ready to pinch the doctor , he managed to calm me down speaking with me very positively and making jokes, so I didn’t even realized that test was finished. This clinic is highly recommended!

I needed a detailed notes and had a complex situation for my testing needs and they were more than helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and all of the staff. From end to end this was a comforting and friendly experience. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. The results came quickly and we received a pleasant and professional follow up from Dr.Ali. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. They were so considerate when I went in to take a Covid-19 test last Friday and today. I heard from other co-workers that some clinics take so much longer even if they paid the fee. Bon Voyage clinic's result is super fast and reliable. I did a same-day test (about 365 dollars). They also consider your urgency very well. Plus, they are all friendly and nice. Also, their nose swabbing hurt way less than the Fraser Health ones.

Great service for a pre-departure PCR test. Fast, professional, and minimum legwork required from customer. (in contrast, FlyClear requires one to fill online forms twice and print a requisition).

There was a bit of a mixup with our appointment time after we initially booked but Bon Voyage went above and beyond to get it sorted out for us, even offering to provide same day results at no extra charge.
