Extremely insulting and unprofessional. My mother phoned in for a simple legal inquiry, and instead of listening to her situation first, the receptionist jumped in, made assumptions, and talked over her rudely and aggressively. This is NOT how people should be spoken to and treated when it comes to sensitive matters. Terrible first impression.
You can find quicker, better service elsewhere. This office took 7 months to complete a title transfer. I emailed 7 (I counted) times inquiring about my file, often without a reply. The job got done, but wasn’t worth the hassle.
