I have been seeing Dr. Toutounchian as my family physician since I immigrated to Canada years ago. She is a dedicated and definitely knowledgeable family doctor with a higher level and capacity to care about her patients and their health and treatment needs. Whenever I decide to see her, I have the full confidence of receiving the best and most proper advise promptly with any necessary follow-up by my physician.

I have been with Dr. Totounchian since she opened her private practice at careview clinic. I would not trade her in for anyone. She has been professional, supportive, and compassionate. Many times she has gone the extra mile with me as a person with disabilities and now a senior. The front staff have also always been kind, and supportive, even when they have been extremely busy. I think Dr Kiani is a very good physician. Whatever one thinks of the clinic support staff has no relation to how good the doctor is in my opinion. Personally I do not have any bad experience with the support staff. I have to say that staff at her previous location seemed exceptionally caring and at the current location they appear busy.
