Amidst the darkness of Covid-19, the pure flame of charity is still burning at Cartier House in every corner. My mother has been there for the last 15 months as her transitional home. And, under the wings of the angels, she has received the most needed love and care. I and my family members will always treasure the work of every staff and volunteers. In particular, I would like to single out several people who have close contact with me during this period. Mary Ann, knowledgeable in the nursing field, is very thorough and enthusiastic in carrying out her duties. John takes the routine of updating my mother's health and he leaves me no concern. Also, Bernadette and Loriselle have the great virtue of patience and tenderness in treating the elderly. "Thank you" is the simplest way to show my appreciation towards Cartier House but my gratitude is beyond words. Nerrisa NG

My mother-in-law is a new resident in Cartier House and we are so grateful for the care that she is receiving. The staff have been so kind and understanding which made the transition easy for her and for us. We truly feel comfortable with the entire setting! It’s easy to get questions answered by administration and staff....they care!
Very grateful for this caring place with excellent health care team/providers who truly walk the talk when it comes to compassionate caregiving! We hope and pray prospective residents and their families don't paint this care home with the same brush, based on one or two people's untoward experience. Thank you for treating our mom like yours! BEWARE! My grandmother had the misfortune of having to spent 2 months in this horrible mismanaged facility. She almost lost her life due to the NEGLIGENCE and the severely un-trained staff. The things that go on in this building are inhumane , and criminal. The nurse practitioner that oversees the residence is Rude, belittling, and extremely uninterested in medicine or anything pertaining to proper care. I have witnessed staff pick up dirty utensils off of the ground, and continue to use them with residents who cannot speak up for themselves. If you value your loved-one, or want them to have even the slightest bit of dignity , AVOID CARTIER HOUSE at all costs. No amount of work or time could ever even compare to the horrible treatment that your loved one will recieve here, it'll be easier to keep them at home.
Friendly staff sad place to be government run Old age home. Clinical style under staffed but still friendly and helpful..
It is neat and clean but not satisfied with service.
