I went to this branch in person and asked them to book an appointment with an advisor for the next Saturday. They set the appointment for Saturday at 10:30 AM and I received a written confirmation. On Saturday, I went there in time and guess what? They said we don't see an appointment set for you. I had even received the name of the advisor on the confirmation text! The advisor (Ms. Shahrzad) simply ignored me and said she can't waste her client's time to talk to me! It is frustrating! You wasted my weekend morning time and behave rudely, although it was all your fault! I have both my personal and business accounts with you in this branch. Your customer service sucks! Hire a trainer from TD to teach about customer service.

I called several times and left message every time for Ms Sharzad to do my request but she did not care and even remembered me . Eventually, after one month she called me and I complained about that but she behaved unprofessionally
I try to manage things on line but I had to visit the location about 2 weeks ago. I was very disappointed to see workers not wearing a mask, there was noone controlling the traffic, there were so many people inside being in line. I had to wait more than 30 mins with 15 people in line, pluse others were waiting on the sofas in 2different area. Workers walking around aimlessly with no mask, only 1 entrance for in n out traffic because the accordion door was 2/3 shut. CIBC is a big well established organization, please train the staff to be more professional and manage betterebetter in this difficult time.
Completely unacceptable to wait 55 minutes in a small line for 1 teller.
I went in couple weekends ago on a Sunday and the bank teller who helped me (I think his name was Isaac) was very helpful and efficient in sorting out a mistake that was made on my statement. I just wanted to recognize his great customer service! Thank you again!
