I went to Ciel the first time today with my friend, it was a very pleasant experience. I would like to mention that Diane is fantastic, she’s very professional and seems very knowledgeable about my hair condition and how I wanted it. Really recommend!!!

Hair designer Hailey did the best job ever. I always wanted the perm to look natural and not too much curly. She did exactly how I wanted as well as the haircut after the perm! I would 100% recommend to others and visit there again.
Loy and Diane are extreme professionals! They are also so friendly and have great insight to what hairstyles work for me personally. I've never done a perm but their suggestion to do that had me scared initially, but their execution was top notch. Good prices too. Highly recommend either of these two!
