Plenty of free parking, well stocked, and friendly service. I love their pizza dough! Super awesome to have my kids playing pizzaiolo!

We always love Cobbs Bread.. Sadly tho we are not impressed with the staff at the location which is near coquitlam station off lougheed. Today my son had a interview there. He was excited for the opportunity. We got there on time. He went in the lady rudely tells him to wait outside not knowing he was there for a interview. I get it , its covid time and yes he probably should of waited outside. When it was his turn to go in he told the girl he is here for interview she rudely told him to wait outside and she will let them know. He waited outside on the other side of the door so that customers wouldnt get confused where to stand. I went in to buy pasteries and honestly to see what it was like there. I stood in line outside and waited for my turn, when the lady called me at first i thought that she was kind. I orderd 3 scones and loaf of bread, she said is that all after she got my scones . I kindly said and one apricot loaf please and she asked if i wanted it sliced and i said yes... but then she steaid is there anything else and is said no thankyou. .. her response was Good.. I was taken back .. who says Good .. I felt it was rude.. while she was packing all my stuff from the beginning i was watching bakers in the back one girl had no mask the other girl had a pink mask hanging from one ear and the third one thank goodness had a shield on her face.. I heard the girl say to the other that she finished something then she said and by the way (my sons name) is here for a interview and the girl rolled her eyes.. Not sure why she rolled her eyes but i thought ok lets just see how his interview goes.. My son stood outside for a whole half hour and NO ONE came out for him ... Not only is that a waste time for him I was not impressed with staff attitudes and there unprofessionalism ..... I will never go back to that bakery again .. I hope Head Office sees this review

I totally understand that closing procedures and hours can be unclear, however, as a customer and employee I truly believe that it is the companys responsibility to supervise and train well their staff in order to assist customers. I went to The Coquitlam store last week, I am sure this was my first and last visit, willing to know and try some of the products. My visit was within the business hours, I was welcomed to the store, when I was checking their options to order what I wanted, the clerk told me she couldnt help me because they were closing soon. Please dont say that you are open when you are not and do not welcome me if you will not be able to help me. You should advise customers that you do not take order some minutes before the closing time or change the closing time. It was such a waste of time...
