I love the pick-up and delivery service that this company has. The machine came back in pristine condition and fixed the issue with my sewing machine completely. The only cons were that the time it took from when I got my machine picked up to when I got it back was longer than expected, although I'm not sure if this was because of the pandemic. To get just the estimate for the repair, it took 3 weeks, then another 4 weeks for the repair and delivery. However, I appreciated that the staff was friendly and very responsive to my texts and calls. The cost of the whole repair for me was 132.14--calibrating the hook to needle and tension. Another point for improvement would be clearer payment options. To pay through e-transfer, I would have to arrange the payment prior to them delivering my machine back, which I was not aware of upon the arrival of the machine. Otherwise, they only take cheque or cash, so I recommend others to contact them about methods of payment when they give you an estimate. I can attest to Colton Service's quality sewing machine service, and would recommend to others.

I received excellent service for my seized older model Bernina sewing machine. It works like a charm again. They were easy to get to and they even delivered the serviced machine direct to my home. I put my machine for a complete service as it wasn't working at all!!! My machine came back pretty much like brand new although it's over 40 years old!!! Now that it is fixed I am going to have my other 2 machines serviced!!!
