They have been our family Dental Clinic for over 10 years. We have had everything done from Wisdom teeth, to root canals and regular check ups done and all of the dentists and hygienists have been great. We have a 6 and 8 year old that have been going there since they were both born and the kids get through the appointments with eas. The kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. I would highly recommend them.

Went into this dental office with excruciating dental pain, and needed to get my wisdom teeth out. They charged me 100s of dollars for x rays and surgical consultations before telling me at the front desk that Dr Matthew's had no available appointments to take my teeth out. Avoid at all costs!! I have switched to Metroplex dental and the experience has been MUCH better. Poor customer service from receptionists and they are not up front about costs or appointment availability.

I had a very pleasant experience with Mahshid. She is an excellent hygienist !!!Very thorough and caring. She explained what needs to be done, and provided valuable advice. She was professional and kind. I highly recommend.

Extremely terrible customer service. Still shocked but the receptionist hung up on me when trying to communicate with her. So I called back and of course that same person didn't talk to me and instead received excuses as why she hung up on me. I just wanted to find out why there was more than 200 difference from the first time I was quoted via email to now. Professionalism and customer service is not provided here. No matter what the topic of discussion and this is not the first time experiencing unprofessional services here. 3rd separate situations followed up by excuses. My family & I won't return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The entire team from reception, dental assistant, and Dr. Behan were extremely professional, courteous, respectful, compassionate, and patient. They made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Imagine that!
