Vlado has done two renovations for us. A major one in 2015 of a 3400 sq ft, three-level home, including extensive renovations of both the kitchen and master bathroom (both of which were stunning when done); and in late 2018 the construction of a gym on our lower level. The quality of work was consistently excellent throughout, what you'd expect from a craftsman (but too often fail to receive). In both cases his coordination of sub-trades made for a seamless experience and reduced the stress level of living in a home under construction. His advice was unfailingly bang on, his attention to detail and to quality foremost, and his personal communication honest and friendly. He doesn't compromise on materials (e.g., in 2015 he insisted on returning a glass shower door we'd purchased and pointed us to a much higher quality one at a lesser price). We didn't hesitate to use his services again in 2018 and will again for our next project.

Vlado is a great trustworthy person. His work is excellent and shows attention to detail. We have used him several times including a down-to-the-studs renovation of our basement suite. We were first time home-owners and it was sometimes difficult to make up our minds, but Vlado remained patient and respectful throughout. When working with an industry where it's easy for the layperson to get taken advantage of, finding someone honest who does good work is invaluable! Thank you, Vlado
