I worked with Mike to find information on certain flooring that I had wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock at the time and I had to move fast for our condo renovation. They had the fastest shipping out of the other stores I had called. Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and friendly. Thanks for the time and effort Mike! You guys are awesome!

D&J did the flooring for my condo. I previously had a laminate and D&J took care of everything from the removal of the existing floor, the leveling of the sub floor and of course the supply and install of the engineered hardwood. One thing I can say is that I am very glad I paid for the leveling. Now the floor has no hollow spots and doesn't move at all. The crew were friendly, they arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished. I dealt with Danielle from D&J and she was very professional. Her level of service was beyond what I would have expected. When I was unable to go to the D&J showroom to choose a product she brought me samples to look at and ultimately I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Danielle and the rest of the gang at D&J flooring.
I am very happy with the work and warranty DJ provides. Of three companies that gave quotes DJ was the most thorough and pointed out issues that others did not. Pierre is first class and is very knowledgeable in both product and installation. If I need flooring I won't hestitate to call them again.
D and J flooring was a nightmare to deal with during my insurance claim. In my opinion I would not recommend them. The installer who works for multiple flooring companies was awesome. The product is great. But the customer service terrible as there is none. I feel like their sales woman took advantage of a stressful moment and stole from me. I’ve requested twice to speak to a manager and after a week nothing. Just a terrible experience that wasted my time and caused so much stress during a difficult time.

The employees have many years of experience and are dependable, reliable, friendly and consistent. In short, their service and professional competence is outstanding!
