I think this place is rated as is. Service is great (ppl working there are quite friendly) but i waited for 30min for the lash perm service even with the appointment which I was pretty discontented from the beginning. I liked how my lash perm came out on that day but sadly it was gone by 3-4days.... even with the low price (ongoing promotion), I think it was a waste of money/time...

Administrative is lacked of skincare knowledge, wasn't professional in her approach either. The administrative office is very unprofessional and rude when they do. I felt very undervalued by how i was treated. I cannot recommend this place at all. Price is overly-expensive, not a professional doctor. Fake shop. Do not waste u r at this place. Fake account alert below** Those people who gave 5 stars for this place probably relevant to the owner of this laser shop. Do not believe what you guys see.

Had a eyelashes perm done and it turned out so great! The staff were welcoming and professional in this relaxing skin care clinic. I would definitely recommend and revisit here!
