terrible customer service from Alex. Do not use this location for UPS Access point. The DIKS website clearly lists UPS as a service including weight and dimensions of acceptable packages. My package was refused. 16 lbs 13x13x17 inches. When speaking with Alex regarding this he was incredibly rude and would not provide me with acceptable package sizing to use in the future. I would suggest Alex learn how to update his website with accurate information!

Everybody here is very nice. Has a deli with cheap sandwiches. Has all sorts of odds and ends.

Very poor customer service. Not accommodating at all, trying to retrieve a package and the tellers acted very cold and not helpful. Told me good luck getting my package when it said it was delivered here.
