It's 9pm and the fire alarm in our low rise goes off. The building's residents shuffle out with the pets in housecoats and jackets while the fire department's sirens get louder and closer to the building. Thankfully there is no fire, but the alarm can only be silenced every 20 minutes by pushing the button from the main unit. It was going to be a long night for the residents and for the person who had to stay up to press that button. A call to Andrew at DSN saved us from a bad nights sleep and prevented another false alarm to the fire department. He was at our building within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly from the main unit and led the search for the faulty sensor. It was clear he was experienced and gave us a list of things that can cause this problem. Within a few minutes Andrew found the sensor and the issue was the first thing he said it would be. Very Professional Very Compassionate Very Clear Very Prompt

If you want friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, look no further than Andrew at DSN Safety. We had a fault that set off our alarm in our low rise and filled the main unit with hundreds of events. Andrew took the time to explain what he was doing and listed out the possible causes. Within minutes he was able to find the culprit faulty sensor (water leak) and solve the problem. Thanks for coming out late in the evening. Our residents appreciate it!

DSN Safety folks are truly professional. I requested their service outside the normal working hours. They attended and fixed the issue around mid-night. These guys are just Fantastic! Later, I talked with Andrew. I found him friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the company to anyone! I am also talking to my Strata folks to assign annual inspection of our complex to the company.
