I had the best experience on Friday with NICOLE. I was pretty nervous about getting my haircut as I'm super picky and I only have gone to my aunt for 31 years but she has since moved away... Nicole was fantastic the first thing she did was grab a stool and sit down beside me and do a mini consultation exactly about what I wanted she allowed me to go through pictures and she asked me a ton of questions. She spent 90 minutes with me she started with an awesome wash and shampoo and scalp massage and then really asked me questions throughout the cut to make sure that I was happy. She then blow dried my hair and continued to cut again after it was dry to make sure that everything was in place. she gave me some great ideas and tips going forward ,and recommend some products but it certainly didn't feel like she was trying to sell me anything. I will absolutely be going back. Thank you Nicole. The one thing I will complain about, which has nothing to do with Nicole is that they aren't taking cash. I understand everything going on with vivid, but our bills can definitely be sanitized I know it's a pain but literally every other business is taking them. I specifically got cash from my mom for my birthday to get my haircut and it was a shame that I couldn't use it.. I had to transfer funds and use my debit card and then go deposit cash at the bank on Saturday because of this. Once again not Nicole's fault just something for ecotique to think about . I’ve been to this place twice so far for a hair cut. I’ve seen Izzie and Kimberly. Very friendly and professional staff. They do an amazing job. Can’t complain. Will definitely be going back again.
One star is for the receptionist for doing a great job. 0 starts for haircut. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Never going back for haircut for that value. Rushed uneven haircut, i would have done better job for my own hair than this. A big dislike for this hairstylist.
Not getting cash is very disappointing ! I guess management has no clear idea about rules and policies introduced by government and made up their own rules. Won't buy from them anymore.
Bahareh is simply wonderful. She is a professional therapist and always so helpful and kind. I will always go back thanks to her wonderful service
All the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I have had Kimberly do my highlights and cuts for a few years now and she always does a great job! I have always been conscious of who I allow to do my hair due to past experience and she is the only one I will allow work with my hair! thanks again!:)
This chain is the only place I can get waxing done without having a horrible reaction. All of the staff are really nice and service is quick and accommodating!
