Ali provided such an excellent service. He was very honest about the prices and options that I had available. He fixed my furnace that was having issues due to a faulty installation by a different company. He explained everything he was doing and explained what wasn’t working properly on my furnace. I would 100% use his services again in the future and I would recommend this company to everyone.
Ali & Iman did a great job installing my new furnace! They arrived on-time and did their best to accommodate my work schedule as I work nights. Ali was polite, very informative and up front with all costs related to the installation and removal of my old furnace and stuck to his original estimate. I went with a Goodman 96% efficiency furnace and time will tell if it stands up to my expectations but so far so good. I would definitely recommend Ali & Eco Master to family and friends. This was the first time I dealt with Eco Master and was very satisfied I have usually used one of the bigger companies to service my Heat pump & furnace and they would be at my house for 30 minutes to 45 minutes max Ali the technician from Eco Master spent 3 and a half hours and did a real thorough job. I was extremely happy with his work. I highly Recommend him.
