A great little store with wonderful knowledgeable staff that will help in any way they can. Hey don't ever buy cables anywhere else they have the most reasonable priced. When I have a computer to be fixed I would go nowhere else. Always doing the repair right with a great big smile and a great price....
Great mom-n-pop shop - I have been dealing with them for over 16 years now, ever since I moved to Coquitlam. I went back recently and to my surprise, they still remember my name (my last visit was about 3 years ago). The place is still the same friendly environment that I remember it to be, and it feels nice to have such a personal connection with the owners, make any customer feel appreciated and valued. As usual, they gave me good advices on my computer issues, and resolved them in less than 24 hours, at a very reasonable price comparing to some of those other shops out there (regardless of size). Will definitely continue to come back as a customer.
Polite, professional, and honest. Have dealt with this mom and pop shop for over a decade and i was never sewered by them. As with all things the prices go up to reflect costs of doing business like fuel and other consumables. Prior to purchases I was always informed of the dealer vs. manufacturer warranties and responsibilities for all parties.
I bought an HDMI cable here a few weeks ago. The end fell off and I had to return it. The lady was very helpful! She immediately handed me a new one. I asked if they had a different brand and she said she could order one for the next business day. Smoothest product return :) I've bought wireless network adapters here before and the product quality is usually very good.
