The place itself is very relaxing, clean, and easy to find. They have a variety of different services and the staff explains the procedure to you before proceeding and gives you tips afterwards. My experience there was wonderful and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who is searching for a trustworthy beauty salon.
I would never hesitate to recommend Fair Lady Beauty Salon. I have been going there since they opened, over twenty years ago. They have a wide range of services, many of which I have tried over the years. I had Joyce do hair laser removal from my under arms and belly. Probably the best money I ever spent! She has removed skin tags and done micro blading on my eye brows. After trying many different places for facials, I can honestly say these ladies do a fantastic job of cleaning out my pores. I have monthly facials. The place is clean and the ladies are professional and courteous.
Highly highly recommend this place to have all your facial needs. This place was recommended by a friend and I have been a customer since 2006. Joyce and her team are awesome and they offer a wide range of services. I don't trust anyone else. Very honest and they don't pressure you to buy their products. Definitely recommend this place.
It was my first time there and I received incredible customer service. Joyce was extremely professional. She walked me through every step, letting me know what was about to happen, what she was about to apply on my face. She was very gentle when she did extractions, making sure that I wasn't in a lot of pain. I live in Richmond, and I would definitely make the trip to go here for their service. Thanks Joyce! (:
Professional and clean and relaxed environment. Joyce gets to know her clients and their skin type and condition before suggesting any type of service. She clearly explains the procedure being performed and also provides post-care tips. I do not feel any "sales pitch" pressure like I do with other salons trying to upsell a service or their products. I highly recommend!!
Very happy with their service! They use products specific to my skin type and take great care in making me comfortable during my visit. The salon is clean and well-maintained. Staff treated me with respect and were courteous to other guests. Will definitely be a returning customer!
I have always had a great experience here getting my facials done. Joyce is really experienced and really friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I recently had my eyebrows microbladed here and am very happy with the results. Like the other reviewer said, Joyce explained every step clearly to me so I was prepared for it. Thanks Joyce! :)
