The Flag Outlet has supplied our township with quality flag poles for the past 20 years. We tried other manufacturers in canada but none of them were up to par. They also have really helpful and friendly customer service
Flag Outlet has the best flags, flag poles, and customer service in Canada. It also feels much better to buy a Canadian flag from a Canadian business rather than one made in China!
The order desk personnel are knowledgeable and friendly, but it stops there. The warehouse staff are almost rude. In my opinion, creepy and arrogant and demeaning. They should not be customer facing. The order was filthy, covered in industrial dust and metal shavings. It looked like it had been there for years. The flags themselves were of low quality with lots of loose threads on the exposed cuts which will reduce the lifespan. The poles were not finished, with exposed jagged metal where the material had been cut. No sanding was doneto finish the job. The mounting bracket was poor quality with metal droppings from the welding, and a very sloppy bead on the joins. The back mounting plate was warped making it impossible to mount wihtout a great deal of preparation on the mounting surface to match the curve of the plate. They claim that ALL of the plates are that way. Thats just sloppy manufacturing. Since the product was of such extreme low quality and basically unusable, we decided to return it. On the phone they sound quite nice again, but at the counter they claim 20% restocking and treat you like garbage. I do not recommend this place. I do recommend trying every other place first. You can not get worse customer service anywhere.
They actually sell Canadian flags that are made in Canada. Great quality flags that last many years.
