Unfortunately I just had a terrible experience at this store today. I was charged twice the other day for a purchase and when I came to the store to sort out the issue, I was completely embarrassed in front of other customers saying that I didn't have the receipts (then they found them), said I was missing clothes (and then found those as well) and finally stating the issue was mine and not theirs. The manager's showed a complete lack of customer skills and her behaviour was inexcusable and totally inappropriate. I wish I get a managers pay for rolling my eyes at work!!! Please be very careful when dealing with this GAP store and especially if dealing with manager.
