Staff were very unprofessional. I check in online to avoid wasting too much time waiting. Initially, the wait time was 21 minutes. I subscribed to the text alert and also monitored the wait time personally. Due to the wait time, I decided to go to the grocery store close by to make use of the time. At the 15 min mark I received a text alerting me in about 15 minutes it would be my turn. So I begin to make my way there slowly. About 2-3 min after, I notice the wait time increased so I saw no point to arrive too early as the shop is small. Eventually, when I make my way there, my wait time showed about 11 min. I checked the monitor and it showed one person only ahead of me. I walked around again close by making my way back again. At this point, I had been waiting for 15 min already. Then I see the customer that checked in ahead of me came in and went inside to wait their turn. Due to the limited space, and me being able to monitor the screen from just outside the shop, I decided to wait outside till the client that is ahead of me is called for their turn. At this time, a walk in comes in and signs in. As soon as a chair becomes available, I wait for the customer ahead of me to get their seat as there is no longer room for social distancing inside. Out of the blue, I see the client that is supposed to go after me taking a seat even before the client that was ahead of me! I walk in to voice myself and first of all, they play dumb. Then instead of apologizing, they shift the blame to me and say I shud have came in and waited inside. My name still showed as the second in line and no apology. The customer that was after me but already sitting showed third. And the staff told me do u now want to wait then. Wait inside! What the hell! No apology and actually shift blame to me! I had already been waiting for 30 minutes! And now they ask me to wait again without even apologizing for their mistake! Even as I walked out, no apology!

You can check in online to see the wait time ahead of times. So i got there with no waiting and great service, great chat, overall a very lovely experience! They also give you a coupon for your next visit.

Great deal, fast and friendly staff
I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. Today it took her 1 hour 30 minutes to cut my little hair. Usually Tatiana or Megan cut my hair in 5 minutes to 10 minutes maximum. She messed up my hair and thanks to Tatiana for trying to fix my hair afterwards. And yes end of my relationship with Great clips.
