Mediocre service. Randomly take coffee break during working hours at ticket counter and you just have to wait. Nobody else will help you

Went to the but depot to see my daughter off.

Curly hair Hispanic woman here is honestly the most rude person ever. Asks me questions about customer service and when I gave my honest feedback she said that I better watch it or she wont serve me anymore. You should seriously fire her or do something because she had an attitude problem.

I sent items to Winnipeg and it got there in 2 days. And I was able to receive items collect from a friend. I love their courier service especially for people without an address you can pick stuff up from the depot.

Took the bus there on a Sunday after midnight and staff is there. Safe and clean area. Clean washrooms. Not much space left in the bus tough as people mostly get on in Vancouver. But will take the bus here again next time.

Its pretty standard. A lot more entertaining in the US due to ghetto and more eagerly tongued folk. Generally I like to instantly appear in the destination I targeted but as I have been long without a teleportation ability I settled. As far as bus drivers go I must say I love them all. I had only received male drivers which made me feel safer because females are bad at driving.

The word 'courier' is normally synonymous with 'fast', and has the implication of professional parcel handling. Look elsewhere if you need either of these things. Your package *might* get delivered to the right city, or it might not. You will likely get false promises of a refund if this happens, but after weeks of calling you will be told this is only with the premium shipping option which they do not mention at the terminal. For shipping big, heavy items that need to get there eventually, you can't beat the price. But make sure they are durable (putting fragile labels on your boxes will still result in half of their contents being smashed).

The few times I've used Greyhound, the service has been good, the price has been fairly reasonable, and my parcels have arrived in good condition. It was easy and painless to set up an account.
