After getting my kids clothing i finally was able to find a good pair of jeans. Though bootlegger had a better price on the guess jeans the manager told me she would give me 35% off of designer guess jeans i had a bad experience in there that made me uncomfortable so i decided to go to the actual guess store. Of course they weren't on sale but they fit like a charm so i was really ok spending the extra amount on a comfy well fitted jean that will last. Always great quality high waisted jeans from guess

I've always liked GUESS's apparel, they have some nice stuff for mens. I just don't understand why they don't continue their sales because I really do feel like their non-sale prices are just overboard and expensive. Otherwise, its a great store, its hard to find too much for mens at coquitlam centre.

I had a really great experience at this store. Everyone who worked there was super kind, and one of the staff there named Taylor was very kind and helpful! I remember her name because she has the same name! I ended up getting the red Marciano leggy dress. I fell in love with it when I saw it outside of the store, and the staff member Taylor helped me find it immediately. I always felt welcomed the entire time I was there! Because I am a young woman who looks quite young to some, most places don’t bother to help me or can be quite rude. But everyone at this location were very welcoming and helpful. This was one of the reasons I got the dress as well. I didn’t feel discriminated against and it was a nice change. I will definitely be back to this location!

Guess is one of the brands that I like, but I shopped from this store twice and I must say they have a very bad customer service, very bad attitude, they treat me like I am a thief, NEVER SHOP GUESS FROM HERE, buy it from Hudson's bay or other GUESS stores. I am not saying for changing policy or anything, ALL I SAY IS TREAT PEOPLE NICE.

Over priced clothing. Not trendy at all. Staff will ask if they can help you then will never return. I rarely see any customers shopping here. Once good thing is the clothing is organized.

the customer service here is awful. you would think that during covid they would be nice as they have almost no customers but nope. the manager is rude and unprofessional and obviously doesn't care about her job. skip this location every other guess store has always left me feeling happy :)

The manager named SABA is the most rudest person you will ever deal with. She has no customer service skills and makes up her own policy that is not used by other Guess stores. Truly RIDICULOUS.
