Until the end of October 2017 I would have rated the management of this building (Capreit) most likely as a 3.5 or 4 but they appear to no longer have any concerns about the tenants. The supposedly new and improved management style is horrific. I have been attempting to contact someone either for the building or even at their Vancouver office and have not had the courtesy of a response. I have not even been able to contact a "live" person. I've never posted a public review and thought long and hard about this but after over 2 weeks of attempting to have something in my suite repaired I have given up.
Don't rent here ! The worst managment since Capreit owns this building ! Neighbours lound and you can't do anything ! Some of them are threatening your life and they still live there ! If you're gonna complain they'll tell you to move out ! To expensive for that sh**t !
