Buy your boots form Mark's and be done with it. They seem to have no proper boot exchange or warranty plan and regardless if the dont nothing was mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I bought a new pair of Dunlop Explorer boots (Jan29,2021 currently Feb4,2021) that ended up tearing on both the left and right boot after only one day of use. My first pair lasted a year before being compromised. When i brought the boots back to the store I was blown away by being told \you must have got caught up in some sharp object like rebar\. They called it a \wear and tear\ issue. I work as a pipefitter digging ditches in dirt and water and the sharpest thing around is my shovel. A 300 boot should be covered in this amount of time regardless of the supposed cause. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This is a great store for work gear, they almost always my sizes, also noticed its a bit cheaper than marks. All covid safety is good! I definitely recommend this store for work gear.

I really wanted to purchase the Blundstone 169 but other lucky customer took it before I had the chance to buy it. The staff suggested me to purchase the Blundstone 167; like I didn't really like the colour but when I saw it with my own eyes. OMG! Best decision ever made. Thank you guys! Love the colour.. don't know why I didn't like it at first but it's really nice. Love the colour and very comfortable. Will shop here again! :D Oh and one more thing, I only ordered the boots but they also gave me a free toque. Once again, thank you very much guys! :)

This place is THE BEST. The prices are so reasonable and it’s the only place that I’ll purchase respirator filters. I purchased eye protection from here today and the staff was so helpful. If anyone is looking for glasses for small nose bridges - these are so good.

This store not only adds class and experience. But involves brains like when buying boots. The team there is knowledgeable and smart in fitting u with the correct boot. Takes time a brains to know environment and flooring and just exactly what type of boot u need. Thanks again and the signage is perfect for answering questions that u might not want to bother a team member about. Thank u industry work wear long over due review. Still rocking my boots. Ty.
