This store stealing customers’s credit card information. They took my card and input info to their PC. I was charged over 500 constantly 3 days for Chinese fast food in Toronto. I submitted police report. Hopefully everyone keep their credit card away from this store!

Not sure if I should write this review here or should go to their head office which I don’t know where they are. In Nov 2020, one of their staff called home and my mom picked up, she was told a new tv box will be sent home and she didn’t need to do anything just replace the old one.It was until today that I found out my account was charged 10 more per month. Looks like they linked my italkBB phone account with the TV and charged more than I expected. They never ever talked to me(the account owner)about this change and link these two accounts without my permission. I then called the 24/7 customer service to cancel this TV service or modify to another plan and was told I will need to pay the early termination fee no matter you cancel or modify. Wow this is becoming ridiculous. I am waiting for a solution from them. Will see if I need to post it in Chinese.

Staff Steven called and offered the 30-day trial on the home security camera set up. He was really good in explaining how it worked, sent the follow up messages about instructions and offer. He did not push selling, but simply thought about customer's needs. I happened to seek for home security camera, and I would like to give it a try. Steven left his direct contact for me to ask questions and look for him if anything else comes up. I highly recommend him and italk bb Coquitlam. I have been using their service for quite a long time!

This is the company offers economical home phone service, Chinese TV show service and Public Mobile service as well. Their price so far is the best in the market and their service is good. I already referred a few friends to get service from them.
