I was Jake's customer in Maple Ridge in 2020 August. He found cracks on my 4 tires(Premier A/S) during a routine check and suggested that I contact Michelin to file a \warranty claim number\ , because the tires were still under the100,000 kilometers warranty. Thank you for your information and help including writing a diagnosis of defect and contacting Michelin for procedure information.The claim was successfully processed and I got 42% off of the 4 brand new Michelin tires which is a 263.42 dallars of saving! Just an absolutely outstanding business!! I went in for a wheel balancing to double-check the work of another tire place and although the balancing was out just a tiny bit it wasn't too bad. These guys didn't charge me even though I insisted saying it wasn't worth it to charge me. Top notch customer service. I'll be coming to these folks for all my car needs.
Had a flat tire at rear and went there for repair but it was run flat tire and offer to replace one singe tire for 415(continental 225 45. It was too expensive. This made me going for 4 standard tires (michelin) 875. And they told me to check the alignement for couple hundreds as well. When picking up, they had excellent customer service like shut up just pay and go. I would love come back. Thank you.
Excellent service...very friendly staff! We had a tire on the verge of blowing out and even though we weren't able to buy tires that day they changed out the problem tire with our spare, free of charge! Thanks again for the great help!
