I bought my fiance a gift card for a full body massage and facial about a year ago and they clearly told me there was no expiry date and she could come in whenever. She went in today and she told me it was the wrost experience ever. The staff even told her the gift card was expired but said they will do her a favour and excecpt it. She told me it was the wrost experience ever and was very disappointed. Very poor service.

I got a voucher from groupon. The other reviews do not compare to what my experience was. No music or diffuser, towels smelled like pinesol. I think music or diffuser would’ve made it a better experience because it felt cold awkward and kind of unbearable during some parts of the massage and facial. It just wasn’t a professional massage, and for the facial they say choice of lavender or orange but never asked. It definitely did not smell like any of the two. I felt left in the dark for what was going on.. I really hate to say it but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had somewhere.
Katie gives the best facials. Her products are great quality and smell wonderful. She is good with extractions and she takes her time to pamper your skin. Her neck massage is the cherry on top for a great relaxing experience. A gem in Poco. After moving to a further location, I still come back here regularly for facials. My skin is thankful.
I just moved to Coquitlam after living in downtown and was searching for a new place to call my regular. I saw Katie today for a facial and my skin felt very smooth and clean after. The massage was very detailed and I can tell she put a lot of love into it. I definitely will be returning back again soon for a facial and for more of that massage.
