Wanted to try out the famous KFC chicken burger. Not as great as I hoped it would be, the crunch wasn’t all there and the chicken was bland but I did like the pickles. The place could use a decent upgrade since it does look dirty inside while I walked in. I don’t think I will go back to try again even. There are plenty of other places that have better fried chicken burgers these days.

Third strike you're out. Twice have ordered in store, chicken cold and greasy. Literally had oil on my plate. Tried ordering on line at KFC.com. order received, receipt sent, time stamped and estimate on delivery 40 minutes (I live 4 minutes from the store). Food literally arrived 2 hours after placing order. Food barely warm. No grease this time. When I spend 40 for dinner I expect a decent meal. I could eat at many mid level full restaurants for the same or less, for a much better meal. Will not be eating from there again.
I ordered two Zinger combos, one of which was delivered with a raw chicken patty! I cannot fathom how the person who prepared and packed it did not detect this! This is a serious health and safety issue. I seriously recommend avoiding this branch, who knows what other safety issues this place might have!
To the manager... if you want to fill Skip and Door Dash orders, hire more people! The priority of your orders should go to the walk in costomer. Been waiting over an hour, after my order... I’m still here waiting outside in the rainy cold, and still have not Received my dinner. Rethink your strategy!!
I'm usually perhaps overly patient. This location is absurd. I waited 18 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and a sandwich. Everyone was moving nice and sllowww. Not one other customer there. 3 drivers who were complaining tjry had been waiting 15 minutes plus. If it's busy, I understand. Lazy, well that's a little different
