I highly recommend Kinetik. I’ve purchased several gifts for my husband who is an avid mountain biker and have always been able to find excellent quality gear at their shop. I’m not someone who knows much about equipment, and not once have I ever felt intimidated going into this store. The staff that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is amazing, it was totally worth the drive and is now my favourite Van area bike shop! I bought a new bike at a great price and was met with friendly service, patience and a safe atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more gear as well, they’re very well stocked!
When my husband and I were looking to buy e-bikes, Kinetik was one of our options. We visited the shop and had a great lesson in e-bikes, how they work, how to choose one, etc. We found a style we both liked, but weren't able to test ride it as it wasn't the correct size for either of us. So, the folks at Kinetik assembled bikes in our correct size and invited us back the next day for test rides. We did that, and really loved the bikes. We ended up purchasing one. The price was good and the service was terrific. The staff there are very knowledgeable to eager to answer any questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Kinetik to anyone looking for a new bike.
Have been using Kinetic off and on for years. Recently purchased a mountain bike from them and it was ready for pickup within a few hours. Their customer service is excellent and accommodating. Knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with the tire on my new MB and the tech saw to it immediately when dropped in. I will definitely be using them for all my cycling needs from now on. Very highly recommended.
Really friendly in the shop and provided a very precise and thorough service for the price. The shop was very transparent with their work and consulted me on everything which was appreciated. Bringing my bike back for sure.
