I’d never shopped at this store until now and my first impressions of a store with an elite brand name such as this was 1. The store lighting and general mood inside was too depressing for me to even consider being inside for more than 2 minutes. How can you have so many colours in your clothing but have the store lighting so vapid to the point where I just wanted to get out. 2. Customer service was a myth in this store except for the girl that greeted me at the entry counter asking me to sanitize my hands. Glad to realize that I wasn’t missing anything by not shopping here but was surprised some did.

First of all let me say I believe the quality of this brand is awesome. the only reason I gave theme 3 out of 5 stars is they do not pay attention to the repetitive complications about staffs attitude there, you can read in the other reviews. Although some of the staff were great but I feel the others just try to answer as quick as possible and you can not feel they really pay attention to the customers. At least they can do better :)))

Very happy about how the girls handled my dilemma. I brought eight pairs of align pants in to be hemmed. (been meaning to do this forever, since I constantly wear them all the time. Tired of rolling them up.) Five were hemmed too short. I knew the girl that pinned them up a few days before was new and I didn't want to get her in trouble. when I talked to them about the situation they were very nice and helpful, they could see i was upset. Asked me what I would want to happen out of this. And i wasn't sure. They ended up replacing the short ones with brand new ones, if they still carried those colours, some colours they don't carry anymore so i kept the short ones. I still yet to get the brand new ones hemmed since this happened. but overall satisfied.

Even during the craziness of the Christmas rush, the staff there is so warm, friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to spend time in this store. They also offer free hemming/alteration to your garments if you need it. Their stuff is on the pricey side but if you love it you will make the splurge!

Great service from the blonde girl that offered me suggestions. Everyone is very socially open. It is important to be, working in retail. Overall good store, fairly busy. All the staff are very customer focused and driven. Very good! Keep up all the good work.

I had no issues with the workers or the customer service here. My rating comes down to the very limited selection, and still not being able to keep stocked on all sizes. Leggings are for short-legged and short-waisted women. Would love to see more options for women over 5'5. They also didn't have the size/colour I wanted in a regular priced, regular stocking item. Store is also cramped, especially while trying to keep physical distancing.

Your store is an absolute disgrace. I received gift cards for my birthday the other day for your store and since I am desperate for new clothes I ventured to the mall which I rarely do because I suffer from severe asthma and wearing masks for extended periods of time is hard for me and I often feel faint wearing them. I entered the store wearing a mask that was sitting at the tip of my nose to allow myself air but my nostrils were not showing. I had a very rude staff member start following me around the store loudly telling me I had to pull my mask up. I told her it was up enough and that I have a medical condition that prevents me from breathing properly so I'm not even supposed to be wearing them but did so that I could use my gift cards and avoid a situation just like this. She then started threatening to call security on me and making it so that everyone in the store was looking in my direction. I was so appalled by the complete lack of customer service that I never want to shop at your store again. Your staff dehumanized a customer with a medical exemption who was wearing a mask and now I would like to get a refund on my gift cards because I will no longer be supporting your business.
