I undertook a renovation with the lowest bidder that was botched. That was when I engaged Mariposa. They weren't much more expensive, but they weren't the cheapest either. I was very impressed with the team that undertook my renovation. We did all the plumbing in the house, painting, ceilings, floors, and doors. At every step, I felt well taken care of. Although they were more expensive, I felt that I saved money because I didn't have to pay to fixed botched work, like I did in the previous renovation. The moral of the story is that you get what you pay for. I would choose to pay a little extra with Mariposa and get high quality work than hire the lowest bidder again and have to pay to undo the botched work. In fact, I've put my money where my mouth is and rehired Mariposa to do the facia of my house, so I literally would hire them back again.

I really enjoy the professional attitude from Jason and Ben as leaders . They both express great importance to core values and high moral while on and off their jobs. They are timely and give great options for their trades and clients that show their vast level of experience and knowledge. Always look forward all their future endeavours. Count me in!
The workers were very professional,quick, cleaned up every day. We lived in house while work was done with no problem. The job was done before the stated time and on budget. complete remodeling of jack and jill bathroom. and removal of popcorn ceiling and paint on main floor. i can not figure how to show pictures

Jason and Ben did an amazing job transforming my backyard and deck into a more usable space year round. The project was larger than anything we've done before so we knew we had to hire a professional. I decided to go with Mariposa Homes because I really appreciated Jason's timely and professional response. We met on several occasions to discuss what the vision was and Jason was always able to provide different options/things to consider. After agreeing on the plan, Jason's crew began in earnest and the work progressed as per his timeline. Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic did slow things down part way through; but Jason was always upfront and communication was never a problem. The contractors that work with Mariposa are also top notch and I cannot say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. They always cleaned up after the end of the day and were good with waste disposal. Whenever I did spot something, Jason was always quick to reach out to his contractors and the issue was rectified the next day. I applaud Jason's attention to detail and honesty with his customers. At the end of the day, my wife and I are extremely happy with Mariposa Homes and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them!
We are so pleased with Jason's work on my father's home. He rebuilt and added some complex fencing, gates, and also facilitated the installation of railings. We would absolutely use Mariposa Homes again and recommend his work and company to anyone.
We had our out building rebuilt by Mariposa. Our "tea house" as we call it, was finally falling down after standing for almost 40 years. Mariposa took the time to re-build it exactly as our grandfather had designed it so long ago. They work was on budget, on time and very well done in every detail. I would recommend them to anyone.
