Tommy and his wife are incredibly conscientious about covid safety protocols and protecting their students and staff. This facility is clean, the receptionist, Cindy always has a smile and is very polite. Overall best place to get first aid certified. I am a Nurse in training and work as a Covid Compliance Officer/ OFA attendant and feel so confident after taking his course. Thank you Tommy
I went there for OFA level 2 class for a week this week. Their COVID 19 safety protocol is good. U have to meausre temperature & sanitizer your shoes before get in. My instructor Fabienne is really knowledgeable and funny. She cleans the classroom before and after class to ensure the room is cleaned as we have a lot of practice that u have to lay on the floor. I was thinking this class will be bored but actually it was very interesting and useful even a lot of reading and practices. Highly recommend!
They have excellent trainers and offer all the advanced and basic safety courses you would expect. Instructors are well connected in the safety community and have extensive service experience in the area of safety and first aid. The dropped star goes to all safety trainer type organizations as they could all do better at developing classroom resources. They may be held back by WSBC though. WSBC only allows certain materials to be taught a certain way. All in all MST is an excellent training facility.
Finding the place on the first day with google maps was a little difficult but once found it is a breeze The staff are friendly and funny and really care about safty and the training provided and the coffee is free so I can not complain
