After I posted my comments, the customer service got back to me with a suggested solution, for that I would like to express my appreciation and revise the star evaluation. We bought six table chairs from them 2 years ago. They ran out of stock so gave us six chairs in two deliveries and they came in two different colors of legs (see pics). They said there was nothing they could do and we were not too picky about it. After two years the cushions of the chairs are getting really thin and uncomfortable and I called today to ask them if they have the service to change the cushions and we are willing to pay. the guy who answered the phone just dismissed our request right away saying it is only covered under one year warranty and after that just is not their problem. I understand that, but there were expensive chairs and not some Ikea stuff you throw away after a year or two.

My favorite store so far! But, what make everything better is the approaching from the customer service Brian, Giles... that unfortunately are not longer at the store in Vancouver. Things has been changing there a lot. However, I was more than happy in to find again, Giles at Coquitlam store and to have a great treatment completing with the huge knowledge that he has. I definitely miss the old crew there in Vancouver, but, more than glad in to find one of them here in Coquitlam. I would give 5 star....if the store in Vancouver wouldn't have lost the essence and attention that we were used to have before.

Came here just to look and there’s lots of furniture displays set up and it’s quite big too(not as big as their flagship in vancouver though). The staff are also super nice and helpful. Like other Moes it smells great too

We purchased a dining table set with the help from Ruslan. Ruslan was very knowledgeable and friendly with his service. He was running around the store trying to find the perfect dining chairs for us! We wouldn't have purchased the furniture here if it wasn't for Ruslan. I highly recommend you ask for his service when you visit here! Thank you so much!
