The optician is one of the smartest I've met. Excellent care and attention. She gets five stars. The eyeglass shop is something else and I'm rating the eyeglass shop here. The absolute Cheapest frames cost 249. Basic reading lenses : 299. The quality isn't high or anything. I suspect this business serves newcomers who don't know any better.

I went with my wife to see what styles they have since I don't really need glasses. I chose some for her and Ali was very helpful to sit and weave out which one looked good on her. He even gave is a choice to hold the frames for 5 days to make a decision. We decided to get the glass at Optik. After looking at her, and the 2 for one deal, I wouldn't mind having a pair as well. Since I haven't had my eye checked for quite a few years now, so I should see how my eyes are. It also made sense to get a new pair of glasses for the upcoming trip in mid April since I will be driving at night. I picked out the a few frames and Ali also took the time to weave out which looked good on me. With the service we got and the staff there I would defiantly recommend people to go here. They also gave my wife the case she loved! Thank you for that. Well deserved 5 star rating for the service provided.

Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience. From management to sales staff fantastic service consistently went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend this location higher. The one stand out sales associate even played with my daughter while we looked around. Incredibly helpful.

Very pleasant people, excellent customer service. The optometrist/ eye doctor is amazing - Dr. Sahota. She really knows what she is doing, did thorough eye testing and explained the procedure. She took me on the spot despite her working hours. Very flexible and knowledgeable staff. If you are commuting from the skytrain station, it is quiet a bit of a walk and not very clear in terms of location, but its great they are open till late on Wed/Thursdays. Variety of frames for spectacles but not much for sunglasses. Location isn't very convenient but there is wide choice and good timings.

5 star for a very good reason: I came here for their 2 for 1 deal more than a month ago and I've been loving and wearing my pair of glasses every single day (I was a chronic contact lenses wearer instead). They perfected my fit, gave me tons of attention, ensured I was a happy client and they spent more time with me than any other store I've been in. They were patient and very attentive with me. Why the 5 star? Because my partner went to the same store several days after and he had chosen and paid for his pairs. He had to wait more than 3 weeks because his prescription was much higher than the rest of us (legally blind guy here). Unfortunately, when Optiks called for him to pick them up, he was hospitalized with cancer and was non-responsive. I called them to tell them that he may not be able to pick up his glasses... Or ever able to wear them (survival wasn't optimal at the time). The ladies there were so empathetic and so consoling when they told me that all was okay, said they'd keep us in their prayers, and not to worry and to call them when he was out of surgery. He was out of surgery (Woop!!) but he wasn't in any condition to pick up or even to try the glasses. So I called again to update them. And here's why I wish my 5 star could double to 10 star review. The lady who seems to be the manager was so happy to hear his recovery news, she offered to drive all the way to SURREY MEMORIAL to personally fit his glasses. I was shocked! This type of service usually has a hefty cost but she offered and I was so appreciative! Phew, what an essay. Bottom line: I'll come back again because Optiks is now family :)

Went to get my eyes checked at Sunwood Square Optometry. The optometrist, Dr. Sahota, was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. The eye exam was also affordable and I walked away with both a glasses prescription and an overview of my eye health. Would definitely go back.

Went into this location to get my eyes retested and to do a contact lenses fitting. I've never been able to find the right contacts due to issues of having dry eyes and a steep curved eye, overall not being able to find a brand that goes with my needs. Went in and in my eye exam Dr Goli was able to tell me why I have dry eyes rather than prescribing me medication, he actually took time to work out a plan with me to fix this rather than just giving me a band aid solution. After the staff took me to Adele one of their contact lenses fitters. I was blown away by how much time she took with me and the questions she asked to find out why I've never been able to find contacts that were comfortable. She was very informative and patient in providing me with options and setting out expectations. We were able to narrow down to two types to try and she gave me her personal card to call her in 1 week so we can discuss what is and isn't working. I can say that I've never been looked after like I was at Optiks and I'm looking forward to picking my up my new lenses!

Purchased glasses for my daughter and myself at the Coquitlam branch and the experience was great. The staff are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. Customer service is top notch, they were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.
