I live at 1300 King Albert ave. I got an eviction notice this summer in 2020 after living here since 2013. Worst management company ever. I do not recommend living here. They are bullies and abuse their power. Many people have been evicted here. They are run by Van Dyce Properties. They called the fire department on me for having a candle on my balcony. These people are bullies .Don't waste your time or your money. Go somewhere else.
