Dog off leash trails!! Trails are not neatly maintained here. They are muddy and rocky and full of tree roots. It's a nice little piece of wilderness, quite steep in some areas and will be challenging for beginner hikers. Worth a visit but is unlikely to become a favourite unless you live nearby. No viewpoint. Southernmost part of the loop trail is the bottom of the hill. Northernmost part of the top of the hill. The entire loop, in and out, took about an hour at a leisurely pace. Lots of street parking on Parkway Blvd most of the year. No street parking on one side of the street December 1 through March 15 (snow route). No street parking at all when it snows.
A great 60-90 minute hike on good trails. There's a very nice lookout.
Peaceful off leash dog trail. Has muddy aras but overall nicely maintained trails.
Very good community park in deep forest, elevation 280 meters, 4.5km loop.
