After getting a new phone and 2 others set up (took, no exaggeration, over 1.5 hours), got promised no activation fee. Then when I saw it, went back to the store and was promised a 75 credit on my bill... said it would take 2-3 billing cycles.. well, that was NOVEMBER.. now it's MARCH, and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING they tell you.
The workers are nice, the service was pretty good. I went in for the deals that they had and they gave me what I asked for. There is an older gentleman that works there and he was the most helpful. Every complicated question (and stupid question that I had) he answered kindly and patiently. I went in later that afternoon because my phone wasn't working and they didn't give me a hard time. It was exchanged and on I went. Happy about that.
