Excellent assistance by Michael and wonderful selection. We were in and out after successfully selecting exactly what we were looking for. We required a quicker than normal delivery and they were happy to help and organize things as necessary. No stressing, no rushing, just great service and a great store.

They sell moldy bed boards, and I try to call them and ask them to exchange or return them. But the sales people and the managers were rude. Refuse to return or exchange goods. The after-sale service is so poor that the problem can't be solved at all. I bought a lot of furniture in their house, most of which had quality problems, but they didn't solve any of them. At the time of replacement, the item you selected is out of stock, and you will not be notified, just given a cheaper model. Then they said sorry,but cannot do anything! Don’t go! Waste your money!Bad service!Bad quality!

We were bed shopping on black Friday and Zareen gave us a very thorough tour. We came back recently (February) and she remembered us and our favourite beds. Our bed was delivered and set up this morning (10 days after we bought it) which is way sooner than other furniture we looked at in other stores. We are happy with our purchase, with her assistance and very happy with the delivery and set up.

Poor customer service and communication within their own company. Bought a bed frame with headboard, unfortunately the headboard had some dirt stains on the fabric and a small chip on the wood. Contacted Sandy's and explained the issue and asked if I could get a replacement. They said they didn't have any of those headboards on order and so the only option was to take the floor model or return it. I explained I was fine to wait until they got a new one in, but that was basically ignored. I then asked if they could give any discount or delivery if I took the floor model as I was concerned about trying to transport it in the back of a truck if it didn't have the proper packaging. They said they couldn't deliver it as I had done the pickup myself originally. They asked me to come in to inspect the floor model and also sent some pictures. When I went in, after some further discussion, the manager said they could include delivery and also give a small percent off the price, so I decided to go ahead with it. The next thing I heard from them was that the general manager overruled that deal and that they would only provide delivery. After talking with them more, they refused to honor the original discount and so I decided to return it instead. Long story short, customer service wasn't very helpful, had to talk to a manager to get anywhere, and even then they wouldn't provide what was agreed upon. Also had to basically go back and forth between the store and customer service myself because apparently they don't really communicate well together.

For the first time in my life I have perfect transaction with furniture store from the sales to the delivery....Jacky and Ji from sales department are amazing....Matt from delivery and his co worker sorry I did not get his name these guys are the best and I mean the best and most professional delivery staff I have ever dealt with....Thank you all
