I had a last minute issue with a presentation poster for a conference & shining signs was able to resolve it the day of! I had to take a moment to thank Medi for his fabulous customer service. I ordered an A-Frame sign from him (I'd never ordered a sign before), and he patiently answered all of my questions. The sign was ready five days early and looked so professional! Something came up with his child on the day I was going to pick it up, he called me immediately to let me know and ended up delivering it to my home. Such a very nice man to do business with.
